1. Data We Handle

Daftarak is a project accounting and management app. The data you enter inside the app — such as project details, contracts, suppliers, financial transactions, and materials — is first saved locally on your device.

When cloud activation is enabled, a copy of this data is uploaded to our cloud servers for syncing between devices and providing backup.

2. How We Use Data

We use synced data only to provide sync and backup services and for technical support when you request it. We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

3. Security

We rely on trusted cloud service providers and follow standard security practices to protect data during transfer and storage. However, no electronic system is completely risk-free, so we recommend keeping periodic local backups of your data.

4. Access and Permissions

Users within a company operate according to permissions granted by the account owner. The owner is responsible for managing their team permissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain synced data throughout your active subscription period. If you choose to stop the cloud plan, the cloud copy may be removed after a reasonable period, while your local copy remains on your device.
